Dave Walshaw was born on 27/01/1972 in the picturesque city of Wakefield, in the (People's Republic of) West Yorkshire, England. Over the years he has gradually built up a reputation for himself as a short, fat, hairy person with a liking for sleep and real ale. Having achieved a standard of education which he deemed to be suitable, he set out into the world of the employment market. After what seemed like a very long time (but was really only six months) Yorkshire Electricity Group plc decided to pay him to shuffle paper at their offices in the serene Seacroft area of Leeds. Despite several restructurings, take-overs and relocations (initially to Bradford, then central Leeds, back to Seacroft, then out to the leafy Leeds suburb of Scarcroft) he is still with the company over 10 years later. Some have attributed this to his ability to hide in corners and keep a (generally) low profile, others just say he's a lucky git. Further career developments to follow...

This site was created on my Amiga 4000 clone, which has a 68040 processor, 66Mb ram and a 1.2Gb Hard drive. Consequently, the site is best viewed with any browser.
